Delete account and data

This page lets you start an account-deletion request outside the NEVIRAX application.

How to request deletion

  1. Write from the same email address used to create your account.
  2. Use the subject “Delete NEVIRAX account”.
  3. Include your username and whether you use the website or News and Videos app.
  4. Do not send your password, access codes or sensitive documents.

What happens next

NEVIRAX may reply to verify that the request comes from the account owner. Once verified, credentials, email, access identifiers and the account link are deleted within the applicable legal period. A confirmation will be sent when the process is complete.

Comments and retained data

Comments may remain anonymously as “Deleted user” to preserve conversation continuity, without an email, Google identifier or link to the deleted account. You may also request removal of specific comments by including their URLs.

Minimal data may be retained only where required by law or for a documented security or fraud-prevention need. Such data will not be used for advertising.

Apps without accounts

Universal Converter and QR Code Reader do not require a NEVIRAX account. Local preferences, history, favorites and results can be removed in the app, through Android Settings → Apps → Storage → Clear data, or by uninstalling the app.

Important: uninstalling the app does not automatically delete an account created with NEVIRAX. Send the request above to delete the account.
